The custom design process can be elaborate, as each project is unique. The process typically takes 6+ weeks, and we recommend getting in touch 8-10 months before your wedding date to secure a booking.
The general timeline for delivering stationery is:
Save-the-Dates: 8 months before the wedding
Invitations: 3 months before the wedding
Thank You Cards: 3 months after the wedding

CONSULTATIONThe process is initiated when you submit an inquiry and share details of your desired wedding stationery, including colour palette, inspiration images, your wedding moodboard and key words you would use to describe the vibe of your celebration. We also discuss your must-haves and target budget.

EXPLORATION | Based on our consultation, we will create a proposal that summarizes the overall design concept and visual direction of the stationery, and include a budget that identifies the quantities, materials, print processes and embellishments you wish to incorporate. Upon acceptance, we collect a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

DESIGN | We begin the design process by collecting your wedding details and providing you with wording options to consider, and incorporating these into your custom stationery design. After collecting feedback, we work to refine the design and provide up to three rounds of complimentary revisions. This stage typically takes 2-3 weeks.

PRODUCTIONOnce the design is finalized and approved, the remaining balance is collected and we proceed to ordering materials and commencing production. Full assembly and mailing is taken care of in-house, although you can choose to receive your stationery and mail suites directly to guests.

Our starting rate for custom stationery is $3,000, which includes the following elements:

Invitation
Personalized RSVP
Invitation Envelope Liner
Invitation Envelope with guest and return addressing
RSVP Envelope with recipient addressing
Full production and assembly

Starting packages include CMYK and white digital printing, with rates increasing for press-based methods such as letterpress, foil or embossing, upgrades to paper stock, specialty envelopes, and for embellishments (such as custom illustrations, wax seals, ribbons or hand calligraphy).
